Day at the movies

My mom(Mami) came by Friday when it was so yucky and took Rustin and I out to the movies...we went and saw Monsters -vs- Aliens...it was cute but for his age he couldn't sit still but when does he....thanks Mami...we had a blast...after the movie we went and got ice cream and rustin had it every where....isn't that how it goes when its cold you want ice cream...

Here is an up todate picture of me at 32 weeks going on 33...i haven't been feeling like dressing up here lately...so this is the best that i look like at home...hehehe....but who cares cause no one ever stops by to see us....anyways this was a short but sweet blog...

Holy Moly

So rustin has started repeating everything we say...there for awhile you really had to watch what you said..well his new saying is holy moly crap...i do say holy moly all the time but crap...i guess its better then some words...well anyways he was at my parents house and said it...my dad asked him where he had learned that from and he said holy moly momma...so funny...what little kids say...

Lost and found

Oh my goodness...yesturday was such a hard day for me...first of all i wasn't feeling all that great...so when rusty came home he and rustin decided to go outside to play...well alittle bit later rusty comes in the house asking if rustin was in the house...i told him no....well i looked out the window to find rusty walking our fence line with NO rustin...holy crap...as a mom you just know something is wrong...so i run outside and ask rusty and sure enough he comfirmed it...rustin was missing...NO where to be found...we yelled and yelled and yelled...then panick set in...then freaking out....well my mom not knowing anything calls me and i was to the point at this time where i couldn't talk....which freaked her out and she started calling everyone to come and help us...i stayed at the house to find rustin and russell went driving around trying to find him...well about 20 minutes of searching and nothing...you start to think that someone has stolen your child...well my dad in the mean time on his way to our house called the cops...so i get a phone call right when rusty and i decided its about time tocall and get them involved....so i'm answering their questions(by the way is the hardest thing)they ask you what clothes they are wearing, color of hair, eyes...well in the middle of me answering her and about to faint from hyperventalating our neighbors drive up with a little boy sitting in the front seat just watching everyone....oh my gosh i just fell to the ground crying and telling the lady on the other end that they had just found him...she was happy and so was i...he gets out of the car and comes up to me asking "momma crying, mommas stomach hurt, I sorry momma" i will never forget that...it took me forever to recover...i actually thought i was going to go into labor...my uncle and aunt came, my dad, rustys parents and our neighbors...thanks guys so much...as a parent that is the worst feeling ever...and 30 minutes with a missing child seems like forever...i pray for all the parents whose kids have actually gone missing...my heart goes out to you guys...to the reason rustin left...we have a blue heeler that is about 5 months old and it's his dog....well she decided to go roaming and rustin decided to follow...they had went 1/2 mile from the house when he found a runned down cotton striper and decided to drive it(which it doesn't work)anyways rusty passed that cotton striper and never saw them...our neighbors said the only way they knew he was there was because of his dog...they said it was cute..him sitting up there with his dog sitting on the ground watching him...anyways we had to explain to him that momma and daddy where really scared and that you have to stay on the property...we asked him how come he had left...and he answered"i wanted to drive tractor" these are actually his words....sorry this is so long but i'm soooo glad that we have him back and thanks to everyone who was as concerned as we where...here are some pictures of where our property line ends and where the tractor was...i tell you what hes our little stinker....

also as you can tell it never fazed rustin on what happened and pappy was trying to help momma stay calm, anyways, they played in the dirt for along time....here are some pictures...

Raily Update

Today i went to the dr. and had my final sonogram of Raily...shes doing good....shes weighing in at about 3 1/2 lbs right now...the only thing he is alittle bit worried about is that shes suppose to be faceing down and shes still up...we hope she turns by the time shes ready...i've gained about 2 lbs in 2 weeks...i go back in 2 more weeks...so again everything is good....

Our funny boy

Ohhh rustin is the funniest thing here lately...every since his ear surgery he has gotten his energy back and never takes a nap anymore....anyways i had to take some pictures friday and decided to take them around texas tech campus...well there was the water fall that we where taking pictures around and my mom was suppose to be watching rustin...well i know how much he can be of a hassel and she had to sit down and take a break...well this lady comes up to me and starts tell me my kid is getting naked...i'm like WHAT...i turn around to see him with his socks and shoes off...pants and underwear at the ankles about to come off with him yelling at me"i go swimming momma"my kid was about to go swimming...i thought it was funny...only boys...well later that night we had to go to lowes and in the country we let him pee where ever he wants to...well i guess he hasn't gotten that when you're in the city you can't quit do that...so we turn around with rustin showing everything trying to be on the light pole...his daddy was soooo embarresed...i think its funny...hes a boy and boys do some funny things...anyways thought i would share that with everyone....here are some pictures i took of him while waiting on the couple to show up...

Gumballs

Well momma and daddy are soooooo excited today...for almost a year now we have been trying to potty train rustin....we have the peeing down cause being a boy you can pee about any where...now the pooping part has been a real hassel...so we took his favorite thing that he loves and took it away...which, if you haven't guessed it yet, is gum...we had to tell everyone he isn't allowed gum until he poops in the potty...well this morning i was on the phone with rusty when i saw rustin run into his bathroom...i saw him sitting down reading his book...yeah we have books for him to read makes it so much more fun i guess...anyways rustys telling me to go and look and i'm trying to tell him rustin needs his privacy and when he gets off i will go and look...so rustins yelling at me "momma i poop poop, i poop poop" so i go and look and sure enough....so then he starts yelling "rustins gumball, rustins gumball momma" so i gave him a penny to put into his gumball machine and you thought that getting a gumball was the best thing in the world this morning....we're so proud of him....now i hope he keeps it up....i would so hate to have to change two little ones diapers a day....anyways sorry people if you think this is gross but if you're a momma then you've realized at one point in time this is a milestone...

Rustins ear surgery

well rustins ear surgery went well today..the only problem we had was him being hungry and thirsty...cause yeah he couldn't have anything but a glass of juice at 7:30 this morning...his surgery was at almost 2...so when he came out of it he ate 6 crackers in 15 minutes and 2 glasses of coke....we laughed at him....when the nurse took him in the back he screamed bloody murder the whole way out where we couldn't see him....when the dr came out i asked him if he ever stopped crying and he said with alittle bit of help of medicine he did...he told me that he had a set of lungs....well dr thats what happens when you don't give a 3 year old something to eat or drink all day...anyways hes doing good now...needs a nap but hes fight it...so right now we are watching cars in the living room and kung fu panda in his room....but i do want to thank mom(mami) and laneta(nana) for coming and helping me out...daddy had to work today and couldn't help me out...so thanks guys couldn't do it without ya'll...

also thanks to mami for our new stuffed animal...like we need another one....but for his surgery rustin got a new bunny that is as big as him....literally he has a hard time caring him...its soooo funny...also nana got him a new shirt and shorts...i'll take pictures of that later....

Only West Texas

Well west texas being west texas, the weather today turned out to be 38 degress outside...when yesturday was 72...how crazy is that...anyways today was dr appt day...first mine with Raily and shes doing good....i've gained another 5 lbs which makes it at about 15 lbs all in all...so not bad when i gained 30 lbs with rustin....anyways then it was rustins turn...he had his pre-opt before his ear surgery monday...come to find out this morning he had blood coming out his ear which scared the crap out of me...he had an ear infection caused by the old tubes that we are replacing monday..so we will fix that and be good for monday....because he was good and the weather is horrible we took him to the mall...

he would jump off everything...i made him just jump off the hippo cause he was starting to jump off the slide...which was teaching younger kids to do the same and as a mom that makes me mad...but hes a total boy....thanks to my mom for going with me today..i'm going to hate when she goes back to work cause shes a blast to hang out with....without her going to the dr would be horrible....thanks mom for going....we got one good picture of him before he took off and threw a fit cause we where leaving....total drama there....
